Many couples find it useful to complete a premarital inventory as part of their premarital counseling. An inventory can give an overview of how each of you perceives your relationship at the moment. After you have completed an inventory you may choose to schedule from two to several sessions (depending on your wishes and needs) to review the information from the inventory and work on strengthening your relationship.
